Day 17 ✅ 20 push ups done, have been keeping up with them. Less than half way to go.
Got a massive family dinner tonight just going to have small snacks throughout the day. Finally finding my stomach getting smaller and not having as big of an appetite
86.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 16.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
