Well I wasn’t expecting that! I’m trying to maintain now and have added an extra meal in my diet per day and still lost a kilogram. #ketolife
79.9 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Oh wow, look at that loss! 😁 I am curious: is your skin keeping up with the quick loss? I am seeing a bit of sagging skin on myself that I never had before I put on the weight. That was 10 years ago though! I read that the skin can take a little longer to catch up with sudden losses of fat?

No everything is fine, most of my weight Was in my stomach area and I do Ab exercise everyday to try and keep that area firm with the weight loss.
