Honestly at this stage, I have no idea what’s going on.
101.7 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 16.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I find that I do fluctuate with my weight. It may be that you have to tweak a few things from time to time.😲

I’m hoping it’s either water retention, or bad scales. I’m consuming under 2000cals and burning almost 4000cals per day.... I guess we will just see as the week progresses.

Under 2000cal a day is very impressive. It can’t keep going up tho, so just keep at it. I would bet you’ll see a big drop soon. If not, it might be muscle from that 4K cal you’re burning.
