Prof it’s only water. Yo-yo ing like this is a sure guarantee that it’s not a fat or muscle loss/gain. Remember that when yours goes up and down too!

Your welcome and thank you! Several members often remind me that it’s just water. It’s hard to convince ourselves of that some days though! I struggle with getting enough water so I naturally hold on to what I do get. When drinking enough I don’t yo-yo as much. 😉
