Feel great after my first week back on the planet. So wanted to simply have a few wines that always leads to two bottles then eating like an asshole but stuck to it and got through. Recently came out of a toxic narcissist relationship that put me in a very dark place. I simply decided not to sabotage my own health and happiness any longer. I simply take each day with baby steps. Two hours in the gym in the morning is my motivation.
72.4 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
