Things are not too good. Have gained more weight, and am feeling low about it. Not enough activity and indulging in delicious food too often.
85 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Keep your chin up lovely. Just plan your meals and keep healthy snacks on hand. I find planning future meals when shopping especially with family. Tracking food really opens our eyes to how quickly the calories add up!

If you need some help getting back on track, @Veritas1958, we'd love to have you join the "Daily Accountability 2019-#20" challenge which begins on Monday.
