So, only 4 days in. Started at 72.4kgs. Today 70.8. Probably just water as I feel as fat as I did last week but it's a start!I'm a bit worried about how much fat I'm eating. After all I'm only on this diet to lower cholesterol. Not sure how the diagram breaks things down into fats.My biggest health issue is cholesterol followed by insulin & the doc thinks that if I lower my blood sugar, then cholesterol may well follow.Thoughts?
