Hmm, not a huge weight increase, but my belly is bulging far more than I'd like.

I've been horribly slack on the exercise front for the last six months and my belt is showing it, in addition to the worrying lack of strength and overall lack of energy.

Having checked a BMI table, I think I've made my goal weight too high, considering the big reduction in muscle mass I've had post my last lot of cancer treatment. The top of the acceptable BMI range for me is 75kg, so I'm going to recast 75kg as my weight goal and make that my project.
80 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
