Drank 2lt water, yesterday - too close to bedtime - Aaargh!!! Must pace myself throughout the day.
Began exercising today, too - 10 mins on bike (100 cals)
600gm lost in 3 days - going well. Keep it up, me! :-)
83.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
