I accidentally overdid it yesterday by about 200 calories (the salmon dinner didn't help!), but still lost a tiny 100gm, so very pleased - as long as my weight keeps going down, I don't mind if it's slowly, as it'll likely be easier to maintain. Onwards and upwards ... or, rather, downwards. :-)
