Had less than 700 cals, yesterday, but little to no loss. No fatty foods, carbs, hi-cals etc, yet nothing happening. Not sure if I should weigh in every day, as this is getting VERY annoying!!!
81.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
