Friday weigh-in - only a tiny loss, but at least it's a loss. Been overdosing on vegetables, particularly greens. Occasionally, only having one shake per day, skipping brekky or lunch - perhaps not worth it? Travelling well, still, but have been having sweetness cravings, this week. Are few boiled lollies are my go-to. :-)
