My scales are broken, so from tomorrow on just gonna measure my waist and hips. And in a week or so I will start to increase the daily calories intake.
Also I have noticed that I don’t even consume half of necessary weekly norm of fiber. It’s quite devastating. So will stock up on veggies and fruit ❤️
