Went to the dietitian yesterday. I'm going to try very hard to lose the 2kg I put on last year. I seem to be able to maintain pretty well, but losing is another story.
I'm aiming for 900 calories or 1100 calories (if I do an hour of exercise) each day and see what happens.
That's what I aim for every day, but eating out makes things tricky. And when I'm stressed, I do cheat, but not a huge blowout. Post menopause just seems to be a huge problem for me when it comes to keeping weight off.
