My progress is snail-paced. I am starting to eat savoury snacks instead of sweet snacks. When I have a sugary craving, I eat some blueberries. I'm into Kombucha drinks at the moment - I hope it helps somehow.
121.6 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 26.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
