So pleased with this post-Christmas weigh-in. Almost at my first goal weight!!! Even after some Christmas weaknesses - they were only small portions each time, but I felt very guilty :-( - yet I've still managed to lose almost a kilo. Am definitely feeling more ready to begin transitioning to regular food more often. It will still be a trial to get it right, though, I'm sure.
70.4 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
