This Mediterranean program is not good. I have followed it to the gram. Eating only what it says and weighing everything. Not happy. Thursday the calories do not add up. I have dropped the fruit and cheese to stay under my calorie count for the day.

fruit is good but shouldnt be eaten after 2-3pm and cheese has a fair amount of fat in it. some diets work for some but not for others so trial and error is important. also it takes about 1-2 weeks for your body to normalise after changing diets and weight gain and loss usually fluctuates. good luck

I'm dropping the bread, pasta, and oats. I don't normally eat these so I don't need them now. I have home grown nashi pears so I will stick with them.
