I finally had a nice drop, but I was scared to record it to wake up tomorrow and it will be back up.😳
I ate below all week and put in more steps which and I guess that helps. They say complaining about dieting and exercise helps in burning off calories.🤣
End of the month today, bookwise, so I better get going. Happy Friday!🌺
