Also it’s time to set a realistic normal goal.
61 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

How about a target of 200-300 grams per week (on average)?

It would be ok, but I don’t want to calculate calories for that long really and be too obsessed with food and diet. I’ve done it before and It’s not good for mental health.

OK, totally the opposite for me, just a very different perspective.

Yeah, I just restarted. I am trying to listen to my body this time. I don't want to set unrealistic calorie goals but try to focus on good energy foods, high protein, lots of veg and low carb. Then wait and see.
