I'm happy to see any drop at the start of winter.

Canberra is getting cold, bottoming out at -6.3 on Monday last. I always have a stronger urge to eat in the cold weather, so I need to be vigilant.

83.2 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg. Still to go: 5.2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

✅ It sure is good. Well done! 😎 I allowed myself to be caught up in the Winter Blues for several days, with disasterous results (small scale disaster). I’ve managed to recover and restart, reboot.
