Morning 6.8. Getting some real movement on the scales last few days. Also a fasting 6.8 is the best reading in God knows how long. Im very happy I had no "weekend food" this weekend. So I will just repeat what I did last week this week
78.8 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
