Ten kilos in ten months, it would have been more if I hadn't got slack with my diet for a while. I feel like I'm back on track now. I just had to get myself focussed and into the right headspace for keto again.
100 kg Lost so far: 10 kg.    Still to go: 30 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
