So happy, finally under 100kg. It's taken a while for me to get back onto a keto diet but I had to do it, so far this is the only thing that seems to work for me. Last year I hurt my knee and it's taken over a year to recover enough to exercise again, but now I can get up a decent speed when walking and it's good to be more active again. I'm calling my diet the rollercoaster diet because my aim is to be able to ride rollercoasters again, right now I'm too big to fit in the harnesses.
99.5 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 29.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
