Dropped carbs to 30percent. Fasting 14 hours from 6pm to 8pm. Doing much better now. Will have to decrease this as I go on.
95.1 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 20.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
