i do t plan at all really...I adapt what I cook for the family, but then pretty much stick to the same brekky, lunch and snacks. Eating well during the day means I can treat myself a little at night...last night it was a piece of battered Blue grenadier with mushy peas and a pickled onion (avoided the chips) 😋
