Note to self. Worst day ever yesterday. Couldn’t settle into my healthy eating at all. First real bad day in ages. I gained .3 of the .4 I lost since last weigh in. So only lost .1.
Today is a new day. A loss is a loss.
92.5 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 17.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
