Mid week weigh in -.8. Half is fluid I was carrying from last week. Slow and steady.

Note to self. 1st week of liberal carbs. With the amount of protein I am allowed to eat. Moderate carbs was not enough. Work from 50 to 100 grams.
Feeling better this week.
91.7 kg Lost so far: 11 kg.    Still to go: 16.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
