I started doing low carb meal plan yesterday
96.4 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 21.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Fantastic loss. Congratulations Works for me. Tried under 50g but with the amount of protein I am allowed it was too little, so tried 70g but still not good for me. So I work on 80 to 100g a day. Average for adult on maintenance is 250g so still much better. I hope you have success. Good luck.
