hello my darlings
how are you! i am going ok its a bother trying to lose
weight when I cannot get on the floor to do exercises.
also my walking is slow and with the walker it is not much of
exercise but I will try. i did very well tonight with eating.

my grandaughter is going well. for a premi she is still very small
she is a cutie.
the other 4 grandchildren are their usual noisy running around.
i love them
well I shall have to go and wash up and then its in to bed to read
a book.

Hi Prince Fan. I’m very well, thank you for asking. Actually I been start that game in September last year and I give up. Now I trying again, hopefully it is can work for me. I hating myself cause of fat. I never been like that. What is bloody age dose for us.
