oh you poor thing
you are not going backwards you are only yo-yo eating
as soon as you lose half a kilo you eat something you like
the next day to reward yourself and the weight goes straight
back on
I know, that is my problem
maybe the diet you are on is not giving you the correct nutrition
maybe if you have a dinner small but with a lot of greens and vegetables
maybe you will be better
have a try
you have given me help in my struggles to eat correctly

Sally, I was not having much success initially, as I was not tracking my food. But then I started using this App and weighed my food. I was so surprised how the calories add up. Another thing that worked for me was having more variety in my food, cutting down carbs, sitting down and eating slowly. Also very few tasty treats like cake.
I also cut out my daily large skinny mocha, which accounted for a large percentage of my daily calorie allowance. I enjoy a good breakfast and lunch, but I now have a much smaller early dinner. I have hit menopause and weight loss has become even more challenging. Keep on trying.

I have fallen off the wagon altogether. We had to run away from a bushfire last week (all good, the firies got the fire under control pretty quickly) and I had some stressful training for a new job last Monday and used both as an excuse to eat fattening food and drink lots of wine. Sigh. February is a new month.
