Should stop lying to myself and face reality 😂 was too afraid to check my weight. But I am totally back on track for last 5 days, and I’m kind of determined now.
65 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
