Dropped off from closely watching what I was eating as work was busy and stressful the last two weeks.
Trying to work out a routine to fit I’m structured exercise as I constantly feel like I don’t have time.
90 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 20 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
