Still away in van but bought some old scales. They weigh higher than my Digital ones but at least they weigh.
86.5 kg Lost so far: 16.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you Treeslaugh. I started at 140 kilos so I am 53 kilos down with 11 to go to reach me goal. I only joined this app last year. It’s a wonderful help to us isn’t it.
