November 2021, 145kg (320lb) and 155cm (5'2"). 58 years old with a sedentary lifestyle and the realisation that I would possibly wear this body out before I reached 60yrs without some decisive action... First goal was to tackle my relationship with food, then get myself moving again... Aiming to get my scales back into double digits by Christmas and hopefully reduce the Type 2 Diabetes and high blood pressure Meds. So thankful to have found this app and community ❤️❤️❤️
