Well no change these last 3 weeks, I'm not surprised. I guess that happens when you are laid out struggling from the lack of energy after having covid, all the while during recovery spending everyday helping family prepare to move house, hence not being home much to stick to my regular eating plan. I know once everything is back to normal, then I can re-focus on me 🥰 yay me!!
72 kg Lost so far: 20 kg.    Still to go: 18 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Oh I so get you. I go through the same thing. Good luck getting through this period. I’m looking forward to seeing progress too. Have basically stagnated for 3 weeks.
