finally made it under 80kg. super exciting. small steps. now to start working out again. doing new shakes Isowhey men shakes. Im female but love more protien helps me stay full longer
79.9 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
