will be going on a high protein diet soon so we will see if that has any difference on my weight in the coming weeks.
106.4 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 16.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I was amazed at how low my protein intake was when I started to weigh and log my food. Increasing that number and reducing my fats and carbs on a calorie deficit has been a game changer... Still trying to boost it more, but slow change is easier to stick to. Good luck 🤞💪
