No loss this week, the movement on scales has slowed down, I know I need to exercise more. Today I've committed to restarting my daily early mornings of one hour treadmill (fast pace incline walking.) It's been difficult these last 3 weeks, I had run out of my Harmony herbal hormonal tablets, (the stuff actually works!) I'm tired in the mornings and lacking energy from the constant waves of hot flushes and night sweats rousing me from getting a good nights sleep, I miss dreaming 😏 Anyhow next week will show a good result from being diligent 😜

Things will improve, thanks so much for the tip on those tablets, I have been looking for options and it's so hard to know what might work and what is just rubbish.

Dear Uppitywoman, I have been using Harmony Menopause pkt of 120 tablets for over a year, taking one tablet every morning (I'm still in perimenopause stage.) I've noticed there is a "time of the month" where a couple of days my hot flushes & feeling unusually emotional occur, I realised that would've coincided with my menstrual cycle if I still had one. On those days I take the Harmony Menopause Max (pkt of 45 tablets) once a day till I feel like I'm sane again. Shop around for prices- Pharmacy Warehouse has been the cheapest around where I live.

My doctor suggested evening primrose oil for the hot flushes and sweats (I am on menopause) and they disappeared completely. I ran out while I was on a three week holiday and the symptoms returned so that how I know they work. So I just have a high dose one before bed with my magnesium. Haven’t had to have HRT
