Nuts!! still the same weight and I know why too. My hot flushes and night sweats have hit with tsunami waves of furnace heat smashing me repeatedly, one after another, not giving me a break and disturbing any chance of unbroken sleep. This has been ocurring for 2 weeks now, hoping it will stop soon. Totally fatigued and sleep deprived by morning, too tired to exercise or even think. This is truly a terrible curse upon women, darn you Eve for being wanting & disobedient!!! My apologies to the women in this group whom I recommended the Harmony herbal menopause tablets, they did help but not for these last few weeks, no difference at all. One member suggested Evening Primrose oil & Magnesium tablets, thankyou 🥰 I've been on them now for 4 days. Waiting for these to kick in. In the meantime, my hubby agreed for me to sleep in (without me having a guilt trip while he goes to work) so I can gain back the loss of uninterrupted sleep with the constant - blankets/sheets off, blanket/sheets on, repeat! 😉 only those women who are going through this will understand what I mean.
Well, I had my sleep in and feeling good enough to workout on my treadmill. 😊 Don't give up, overcome!

Ugh, that sounds like a very hard time you are going through! I'm glad my heat waves have disappeared since being more strict on my diet. I hope you will get some more relaxing nights ahead 🤞🙏
