🎉🎉🎉 I was chatting to my daughter and trying to think of what weighed 40kg in order to get a visual of this milestone... one of the things she found thanks to google... A BABY COW 🐄 🤣🤣🤣
105 kg Lost so far: 43 kg.    Still to go: 40 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I sometimes think about weighing the grocery bags that I sometimes struggle to bring in the house - I bet they are lower in kgs than what I am currently dragging around 😆

Thanks Mials11, and Malgaynor I often thought the same... I know for sure I can't lift that much. It's amazing that our bodies keep going with all the surplus... but it sure is no surprise we feel so good when we start to reduce it...
