Happy with 1.2kgs for the week. As always 5kgs is a dress size for me, so my clothes are feeling more comfortable. The reality is setting in that this is not a quick fix…..and I am happy to continue as I feel better already. First goal is to get below 90kg, second goal is to get below my husbands weight 🤣 of 79.1 which is exactly 20kgs lower than my starting weight. Two weeks until surgery.
93.3 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 28.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

yes I also wanted to weigh less than my hubby and I now do. I am aiming for a healthy weight based on my BMI, but I hope I go lower!
