Same as last week but no increase, phew. Spending more time sewing and making myself clothes and wearing them has been encouraging me. I'll get back to my daily 1 hour fast walking soon. Last December I started this weightloss journey and aimed to be 54kgs by today, my birthday. Ah well, I've 10kgs still to go. Patting my back, keep going. 🥰
