Slowly, slowly getting there. Noticed a couple of weeks back my weight loss had almost stalled, but after 45kg I've been expecting that. Can't wait for summer and longer, warmer weather to get here so I can hit the beach and do some swimming daily. Just got my first gym membership since I was a teenager. This last 23kg is going to be my real test.
118.9 kg Lost so far: 46.7 kg.    Still to go: 18.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You have done amazingly. Summer is always easier with salads and fruits and getting out more. I have found it hard over Winter

I have just about hit the 45kg weight loss plateau also... It dawned on me recently (🤦‍♀️) that it was due to our bodies not using so much energy to just keep us alive... Do you remember how much energy you used just to sleep when you were at you heaviest? I am totally jealous of you being able to swim in the ocean every day, I grew up on the coast and swimming in a pool is just not the same... Also would love to hear how you find the gym... I know I need to start doing some resistance training and weights but am thinking to start with a program at home before forking out for a membership 😬 Good luck 👍
