100g feels pathetic but I am happy yesterday I was showing 1kg up again after a sneaky weigh. Reality is that I am back to my healthy 800 a day so it must just be the inflammation in the body, so I am going to stay in my lane and just know that the weight loss will start to show when the body is ready, as long as I continue to eat the right things. On a positive note this is four weeks since I had my surgery, I am not taking any painkillers, I am walking without crutches and I am driving my car - Happy Days. Surgeon and Physio very surprised (in a good way) so long may this continue! Baby steps

Great to see you are recovering so well and able to be somewhat mobile again... Important for your mental health too 👍 Still don't know how you can operate on 800cal - kudos...

Liz it’s not easy…. There is no room for snacking (actually my snack was a couple of radishes today 🤣), no breakfast just coffee and small lunch (omelette with tomato today) and a decent dinner - and still hardly lost any. And if I want to have a social glass of wine no lunch😬. Anyway sticking with it and GP support and see what happens
