I ate a whole bag of popcorn (lightly buttered) last night. Better than a giant bag of chips, but still...I over ate because it was late and I was tired. This is a long standing habit-munching out instead of going to bed when I should. At least I'm aware now, and I can make a different choice next time this happens-because it will happen-and I can keep trying to unlearn years of using food as a way to cope with...well, everything. 💚
82.8 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 25.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

when I feel like chips or popcorn, I peel a cucumber and salt it. if you like cucumber, try it.
