83kg is okay as I've only put on 150g per month over two months since I last weighed in.
I've upped my level of physical activity but I'm having terrible trouble trying to constrain my eating.

Breakfast and lunch present no problems but late afternoon and after dinner grazing brings me undone.

I'm hoping to drop five or 6kg over the summer, but this is not a great start.
83 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
