Deja vu from last month - second time round just as good as the first 👏
93 kg Lost so far: 55 kg.    Still to go: 28 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks flossyflu, everyone on this journey is brilliant... We are all working towards our own goals to improve our health in some way... I made the choice to only record my weight losses using this app, so you don't see the upticks and plateaus that happen on a weekly basis. My new smartwatch will have a weight graph that looks like a spider on steroids 😂
