Right. The kilo I put on over Xmas is gone, helped tremendously by a chest cold which has destroyed my appetite. I have an Dr appointment this morning to address a suspected chest infection (my chest is either snoring or whistling when I lie down!) and hopefully that will sort my energy level and I can go back to Zumba (gold 😊) and continue this exciting journey of becoming a healthy weight.
90.9 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
