Birthday was a little more indulgent than I planned, surprise trip to Me-Wah 😋 I ended up 1.2kg heavier than today's reading. Had physio yesterday, told me I've improved massively with my movement (my nervous system tries to stop me opening up, it wants to keep me in foetal). I might even be ready to start gentle Yoga soon, something unthinkable this time last year! Back on track again, by next birthday I hope to be able to reach my toes 🤣 🏃‍♀️🧘‍♀️
55.3 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
