I've got another exciting milestone coming up! When I reach 109.1kg, I'll be half way to my goal of 80kg - only another 29.1kg to go! Unfortunately my body is doing that annoying thing where it drops a good bit of weight really quickly to fill my heart with hope and joy, then emotionally kicks me in the goolies the next day by packing it all back on, with a little extra sprinkled on top for good measure. So who know how long it'll take to get there - certainly not me.
111.9 kg Lost so far: 26.4 kg.    Still to go: 21.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You always manage to capture the ups and downs of this journey so well with your elegant writing style ... whatever else you change man, don't change that 😀 The longer you wait for that milestone the more you'll appreciate it ... till the next one of course 😉

Although the end game is to reach the weight goal that we all aspire for, we should appreciate the good habits we cultivate along this journey. Keep eating portioned meals that are sufficient for our body needs and embracing some level of regular activity are 2 good habits we can develop. As a result, we won't put back the kilos we lost. It's all come down to our mindset and keep strong and keep doing what works for you.

yeah, I'm going thru that at the moment. I'll have a massive weightloss one week, then nothing the next 3. I guess my body just fluctuates heavily. 🤷
